Is Neo resellable/Unbindable?

No, Currently your keys are not unbindable and reselling is not permitted, if found there will be consequences.

How do I reset my key?

If you switch PCs or servers your key wont work, as when you first run the bot it binds your key to your PC/server, if you would like to reset it you must first login to the dashboard. Once you have logged in you must click deactivate as shown.

Once this is done, re run the bot on your new device with your key and it will bind to this device. Please note - Your key will not change it will be the same key, and it will still be bound to your discord. Keys are not unbindable.

What is 'Failed to send webhook' ?

This error is a discord-side error and not an issue with the bot, with the Discord API there is a limit to how many webhooks can be sent in such a small time, when you enter raffles or create accounts quickly this error can occur, nothing cannot be done. Do not worry entries will still be found in Logs and Backup.

What delays should I use?

Delays are in seconds and can be configured in the general settings. In general the larger the delays the better as your entries are more spaces out, with the majority of raffles estimate how many entries and how much time you have to enter so you can fit them all in, run multiple instances if needed Please note - for lots of sites that have captcha delays above 120s may result in failed to enter as the captcha can time out

Do I need to scrape Instagram accounts?

No for the majority of the sites that Neo supports in #site-status you do not need to, the bot will automatically scrape them for you. However there is an Instagram.txt file in the general settings folder for google forms.
